How to use Shipping protection
Overview
When customers buy products from your store, you can offer shipping protection for their orders. Our cart will include shipping protection as a product, making it easier for your customers to use, and enhancing their shopping experience in your store.
User Guide
1. Enable Add-ons function in the app.
- Navigate to Cart Drawer and scroll down to Add-ons field.
- Enable Add-ons.
2. Configure Shipping protection.
- Select Shipping protection.
- Enter Add-on title, Add-on description as you want.
- Total cart value: The range of total cart value where is this shipping protection price will apply, out of range it will not apply.
- Price of tier: The price of shipping protection at this tier in your default store currency.
- Click New tier to add more shipping protection level. You can configure the range of total cart value and price of the shipping protection.
The shipping protection is automatically generated as a product in the store’s product list and will be displayed in your cart when you open it.
3. Customize shipping protection style.
- Customize colors of text and toggle.
- Customize text size.
- Save your configuration to complete.
