Video Reviews
Enhance your customer experience by collecting and showcasing video reviews on your product pages.
To allow customers to upload videos with their product reviews:
- Go to the Collect Reviews section in the Xboost Reviews Settings.
- Open the Video Reviews tab
- Toggle Enable video review on
Once enabled, customers leaving a review will have the option to include either a photo or a video with their feedback. Your Xboost Reviews form will now support video uploads.
Supported Video File Criteria
Xboost Reviews supports video files that meet the following criteria:
- File size: Under 100MB
- Duration: No limitation
- Number of videos: Up to 3
- Formats supported: MOV, AVI, MP4
Whenever a new video review is submitted for your products, Xboost Reviews will send you a notification email with the customer’s content and video.
