How to manage post-purchase offers
Overview
The Offers page lists your post-purchase offers with their status, revenue and priority.
Steps
1. Open the offer list
In XB: Post Purchase Upsell, click Offers in the app menu.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Offer Name | The offer name, with the type Post Purchase Upsell under it. Click it to edit the offer. |
| Status | Active offers show after payment. Inactive offers do not. |
| Revenue Value | Revenue the app reports for the offer. |
| Create on | The date you created the offer. |
| Priority | A number that ranks offers that match the same order. The offer with the higher number shows. |
2. Turn offers on or off
Select one or more offers with the checkboxes, then click Activate or Deactivate above the list.
3. Edit an offer
Click the offer name, change the Trigger, Offer or Appearance step, then click Publish.
