Does the app give my customers free shipping?
Overview
No. The app shows a bar with the goal and the shopper's progress. It does not change your shipping rates or create a discount. Free shipping at checkout comes from your Shopify settings.
Steps
- Set up free shipping in Shopify, for example a free shipping discount with a minimum purchase amount, or a free shipping rate in Settings > Shipping and delivery. In the app, the Follow these simple steps link under Goal setup opens Shopify's guide.
- In the bar, set Goal value to the same minimum, in your store's default currency.
- Place a test order that reaches the goal and check that checkout shows free shipping.
If your free shipping minimum changes, update Goal value too.
